The security of your personal data is important to us. This privacy policy (Policy) is designed to ensure that your data is protected when you use the ColBox fix & tap application. This Policy applies to all versions of the ColBox game — fix & tap and related websites or other applications (games).
ColBox — fix & tap was developed by Andrey Melikhov and is a commercial game. Using ColBox — fix & tap, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with this Policy. You also agree that this Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason, with the most recent change date published at the top of this page. If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, you must stop using ColBox — fix & tap and remove it from your mobile devices.
This Policy establishes the rules on the basis of which ColBox — fix & tap process personal data received from you. The Policy also contains information about what information is collected by third-party service providers, and link to how you can find out about how they use it.
Collection of Data
Sensitive Data: ColBox – fix & tap does not collect sensitive information about you.
Personally identifiable Data: ColBox – fix & tap collect certain non-sensitive, data as outlined in this privacy policy. Some of this information is automatically gathered, and could be considered personally identifiable in certain circumstances, however it will generally always be anonymised prior to being viewed by me, and never sold or shared.
Personally identifiable data will only otherwise be actively collected by me in very specific circumstances, such as if you contact me directly.

If you contact us with a comment or query, I will keep a copy of any personal information you provide. This is so that I can respond to your comments and questions as a part of our commitment to providing you with player support. If you contact us directly for any reason, we also keep a copy of that correspondence.
Advertising and Analytics:
Advertising: When I offer ColBox – fix & tap as free-to-play, I still require the game to generate income to help fund development costs and efforts to make the best game possible. Advertising is one way I can help cover my costs, and in order to implement relevant advertising a certain amount of information may be collected by each third-party ad network that operates within game. That information may be considered personally identifiable, or it could be considered personally identifiable in certain circumstances. This information is only ever used for my legitimate business interests and will never be sold or shared by me.
Nevertheless, the data is provided to me by third parties. While I use all reasonable commercial endeavours to ensure that they adhere to any applicable laws, I encourage you to familiarise yourself with their data policies.

Analytics: Information collected about ColBox – fix & tap usage and about your device and location, allows me to better integrate updates, find potential device specific problems and bugs, explore localisation opportunities and make ColBox – fix & tap better fit to player’s needs.
How Do I Use Data I Collect
Data collected for Advertising
Because ColBox – fix & tap is free-to-play, I periodically display in-game advertising by third parties to generate revenue. In order to display relevant advertising (also known as «interest based advertising») and measure performance of advertising campaigns I have implemented several ad-networks within the game, which may collect and transfer non-sensitive device information such as:
- The advertisement you have viewed and if you have engaged with it;
- Device make and manufacturer;
- Operating System;
- Generic geographic location, such as the city you are located in;
- Carrier;
- Language settings;
- IP Address;
- Android Advertising identifier or Apple Identifier for Advertisers.
Data collected for Analytics
I have implemented Analytics tools to help me understand how ColBox – fix & tap is being used in order to help me improve ColBox – fix & tap and plan for future game releases. For example, I use Unity Analytics to keep track of how many players are engaging with ColBox – fix & tap, player progress, any in-app purchases, as well as device type, operating system, language settings, play session lengths and broad geographic information like your country and city.
Log Data
I want to inform you that whenever you use ColBox – fix & tap, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing ColBox – fix & tap, the time and date of your use of the app, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.
ColBox – fix & tap does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services.
Opt Out of interest-based advertising
It is possible to opt out of interest-based advertising. In doing so, a lot of the data captured by me or third-party service providers will not be collected. When you launch ColBox – fix & tap for the first time, you will be asked to opt out of personalized ads. In game options you can also enable/disable personalized ads.

I value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Age Limits
ColBox – fix & tap is designed for people who are at least 13 years of age. In playing ColBox – fix & tap, you represent that you are aged 13 or older. If you are a guardian or parent who is concerned that we may have any information from or about a child under the age of 13, please contact us, and I will permanently delete any information I have under my control.
Access to your data, and permanent deletion of your data
I will retain your data only as necessary for my legitimate business interests, such as to comply with my legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce my agreements.
No matter how I come in contact with your data, you have the right to access the data I holds about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions.

In the event that you send a data subject request to us, or one of our third-party partners informs me that you have contacted them directly about your personal data they collected while you were using ColBox – fix & tap, I will respond to that request in accordance with any applicable legislation.
